Overview

Try Za-zu risk-free within your first 60 days. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll give you your money back. No questions asked.

To qualify for the Guarantee, you must:

  • Be a new Za-zu customer.
  • Request a refund within 60 days of your account creation date.
  • Use Za-zu on a minimum of 6,000 emails across 2,000+ leads within 60 days of your subscription start date.

Additional offer details include:

  • Refund amounts for this offer will be capped at $5k USD.
  • Refund terms are non-negotiable.
  • Customers on promotional plans are not eligible.
  • Customers can only receive one refund related to the Za-zu Guarantee.

Terms & Conditions

If you're not satisfied with your initial Za-zu subscription and have used Za-zu to send at least 6,000 emails across 2,000+ leads within 60 days of your subscription start date, you may request a refund by providing written notice within sixty (60) days of account creation ("Refund Period").

Eligible refunds will be processed up to a maximum of $5,000 USD to the original payment method. This Guarantee is available only to new customers who meet all criteria outlined in the "Overview" section and who have accepted our Terms of Service.

This is a one-time offer, limited to the initial purchase of a Za-zu subscription. It does not apply to upgrades, renewals, or additional purchases. Promotional plans are not eligible. After the Refund Period, all fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if we determine the request was made in bad faith or as an attempt to avoid payment after meaningful use of the platform. These Guarantee terms are non-negotiable, and Za-zu may modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time in its sole discretion.
